What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Some items (e.g. personalised, hygiene-related, bowls, slow feeders or clearance items) may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly listed on the product page under the 'Good To Know' section.
How do I request a return?
1. Email us at hello@petverseco.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with clear next steps
3. Return the item using your preferred shipping method — you’ll just need to cover the return postage (unless the item is faulty)
We’ve kept the process simple so you can shop worry-free.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. We’ll notify you by email once the refund is issued. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@petverseco.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
What can't we refund?
- Items returned without prior contact and approval
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Original shipping fees (unless the item is faulty)
