We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, and other secure payment providers.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 business day unless otherwise stated.

Orders before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day. 

3.2 Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • United States, Canada, Australia, ROW: 5–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3.3 Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact hello@petverseco.com.
PETVERSE is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or force majeure events such as natural disasters or strikes.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., personalised products, hygiene-related items, clearance items) are not eligible for return.

4.2 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

4.3 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
