All orders are packed and shipped from the United Kingdom within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched on the same day!

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error with your shipping address, please email hello@petverseco.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

Once processing begins, we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to assist.
